Rachel is a recent Vanderbilt graduate with a B.A. in Psychology. She plans to apply clinical psychology research to populations in need via community-oriented solutions that lower barriers to treatment. In psychology, she is broadly interested in components that make up the self, namely how people unconsciously construct their own realities, behavioral patterns, and self-fulfilling prophecies. She aims to channel her efforts to serve individuals and improve their quality of life through research, pedagogy, and the nonprofit/social entrepreneurship sectors. When she’s not in the lab, you can find her reading in Nashville coffee shops, playing music, having adventures with friends, and volunteering.
