Assianna Harris is a doctoral candidate and an Adult Health Psychology Intern at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She is interested in developing and assessing the financial viability of specialized integrated care clinics. She is also interested in pedagogical methods that enhance trainees’ case conceptualization abilities and cognitive complexity. While a Ph.D. student at Marquette University, she completed practicum placements at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Primary Care, Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine’s Department of Psychiatry, and Waukesha County’s Department of Health and Human Services. She also has a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
