About 1 in 4 people with urologic chronic pelvic pain syndrome (UCPPS) met criteria for insomnia, showing that sleep problems are a common part of living with these conditions. The study found that anxiety was more closely linked to insomnia than urinary symptoms, highlighting the importance of supporting both emotional wellness and physical health to improve sleep and quality of life.
